This is a generation that wants it here, fast and now — almost without patience for process. But only a kid who arrives in the big city from Dimona and starts from zero understands that there is no success without process, and that every career is a shared journey of the actor and the manager together. The bug for this field caught me at a very young age — a child who never missed a show and devoured books, while also being unusually gifted socially. Over the years these two threads became natural and made me realize I have the privilege to influence and move people, to help them realize their dreams and to inspire them. My love is first and foremost for art and for truth, and there is nothing more fascinating or powerful than being one of those pulling the strings that create something from nothing — any day I might be the bearer of good news for an actor receiving the opportunity of a lifetime. Combining the next generation of promising young talents with esteemed, established authorities is, for me, a mission, a responsibility and a great commitment. The role requires me to juggle two worlds — suppliers, producers and content creators on one side, and on the other the people who place their trust in us: the talents who walk a long road with the agency. I am always there for them. I deeply believe in working at eye level with a high standard of service — and I promise to uphold and sustain all of these.
